Lula's Bakery offers optional transactional SMS notifications to customers who place orders with us.

How it works: During checkout, customers may choose to provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive an SMS notification relating to their current order. SMS messages are used to provide order-related information, including notification that an order is ready for pickup.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on orders placed and is typically one message per order.

Charges: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Marketing: SMS order notifications are transactional. Providing your phone number for order notifications does not enroll you in marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Privacy: Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
