Lula's Bakery offers optional transactional SMS notifications to customers who place orders with us.

How it works: During checkout, customers may choose to provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive an SMS notification relating to their current order. SMS messages are used to provide order-related information, including notification that an order is ready for pickup.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on orders placed and is typically one message per order.

Charges: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Marketing: SMS order notifications are transactional. Providing your phone number for order notifications does not enroll you in marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Privacy: Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

In-Store Order Pickup SMS Notifications

Customers placing an order in person at Lula's Bakery may optionally provide their mobile phone number to receive a one-time SMS notification when their order is ready for pickup.

Participation is optional and is not required to make a purchase. Customers who choose this service enter their mobile number during checkout at our point of sale.

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive a one-time SMS notification from Lula's Bakery when your order is ready. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Mobile numbers provided for order-ready notifications are not enrolled in promotional or marketing SMS messaging.
